Today’s post is of major importance for all new bakers, beginners and people who are thinking to get floury and start baking professionally or at home.
I wanted to share with you a fantastic post that I read couple of days ago, and it really reminded of all my past failures and most recent successes.
I’m sure that many of you who have been baking for a while will actually feel the same way I felt and especially remember their baking journey.
It’s good to remember the past to be able to appreciate the now, I’m always a baker who believes in the journey and so make sure you praise your mistake because they have made you the baker you are today.
