We all have it, and practically just few around the world are able to really access directly to the subconscious mind.
Talking about subconscious mind is now become very common and everyone speaks about it and how to really use it.
Is it really so hard to understand how it works? Do you know how it works? Do you know how to change your paradigms? Do you know how to change your habits? Do you know how to create a belief?
First of all you need to understand that the subconscious mind and the mind can be compared to an iceberg. The conscious mind is the tip of the iceberg coming out of the water and equaling to the 10% of the brain capacity, the subconscious mind is the hidden part of the iceberg under the ocean surface , and the 90% of the brain capacity. Just like the image shows it.
Now that we have practically shown their sizes it’s time to understand what these two powerful tools allow you to do. The mind controls all your decision, essentially everything that you are aware of. Moving your fingers, running, walking, talking, eating and drinking, when you choose to do so.
The subconscious mind instead looks after all those little things that we don’t notice and are going on since we were born, like:
Breathing, pumping blood, reflex, blinking your eyes, fighting viruses, digestion, makes sure all your organs work perfectly and so on. So reasonably all the most important things that happen in your daily life, and you, probably didn’t even know that with or without your awareness functions anyway.
The power of habits
How can you get the best out of your subconscious mind? The key is only one and it is habit. Creating new productive habits is important and definitive.
It’s time To understand the importance of creating new habits to achieve a wellbeing status and everything you really want to feel full filled.
To create new habits takes willing power, dedication, discipline, courage and consistency. These are the most important components to succeed in using your full potential, unlocking as mush as possible the use of your subconscious mind.
There are plenty of ways to establish new habits and one is to write a journal or use an agenda to take notes of your goals and achievement. Write down every night before you go to bed a loaf of major things that you want to accomplish as soon as you wake up, as soon as you step out of bed.
I want to give you an example of my morning routine so you can have an idea of what you have to do.
Night before, I have a journal on my side bed table and I write:
Wake up, without alarm as soon as you feel rested enough, or use your alarm if you need, say thank you, say thank you for all things that have happened yesterday, thank you for everything is going to happen today.
Go to the toilet and ….
Drink 2 glass water and start 20 minutes meditation, drink 2 more glass of water and prepare 2 cup of green tea, 1 for my amazing wife and 1 for me.
Prepare breakfast for the kids and do Tabata training for 4 minutes. Prepare lunch boxes for the children, have a shower. Get ready for work and keep going how you want your day to follow. The more detail you write the simpler it will be to accomplish your goals.
It could take you days , weeks, months or years to create new paths into your subconscious mind which will lead it to create an impulsive behaviour, like breathing, an automatic response to something that is now become important. It is necessary that you feel your heart with the love for what your habits are going to produce. A knew human being, able to get everything he/she wants from Universe.https://youtu.be/Q4A9DhqQ8bs
Start today, create a new routine, be focus and use your subconscious mind to create something that you want. Riches, health, well being, fame, success, family, and everything you want to add. Don’t forget, every time you achieve something, be grateful and say thank you.
Study and read,
Knowledge is never enough, and the ability to use your knowledge is even rarer.
Make the difference in your life today. I wish you all the best again.
With love, passion and respect
