Perfect for a break, perfect for a snack, percfect for some munchies.
It is also very simple to make it will only take 10 minutes of your time, and a bit of resting and drying time.
So to start put in a mixing bowl:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp flaxseeds or linseed
- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp of chopped almond ( previously water soaked for 1 day )
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of nigella seed
- 350 gr water
- 3 gr Himalayan pink salt.
So now mix all these ingredients together and let them rest for half an hour. You will notice that they will become gelatinous. It is normal, spread then on a baking tray lined with some baking paper and dry them or bake them at 120*c degrees.
Take them out of the oven and enjoy with some nice dips, cheese or anything that you feel like.
