How many of us know the benefits of drinking vegetable and fruit juices?

Today I want to tell you my story.

I always loved drinking juices, and I started exactly 5-6 years ago. I started having firstly only fruits because I didn’t know vegetables could have been drunk too.

After the fascinating discovery of drinkable veggies, I have really enjoyed every sip of it.

Let’s start from the fundamental:

– veggies are full of vitamins, enzymes, minerals, good bacteria ect.

– fruit are rich in vitamins,’enzymes, fructose and minerals ect.

Please understand that drinking juices has 2 important stages: nourishing and cleansing.

Nourishing: faster than normal eating,  because your stomach doesn’t have to work to break down and digest whole food. But the intestine can absorb the principles straight away.

Cleansing: important because it flushes out all toxins  kept in fat cells, and purifies your blood.

Cleaner blood, cleaner gut, cleaner soul.

The fact that we can juice/blend fruit and vegetables is amazing, why? Because we can drink all these principal together and nourish our body deeply and healthy.

It’s very important to have it straight away, not only because it tastes better but also because after few minutes all these essentials start  dying.

Imagine that everything we put inside our body as food and drinks becomes us, literally it takes form into us and make us what we look today, and how we feel today and tomorrow. There is no such meaning to the sentence: – we are what we eat.

If you look healthy it means that you are eating healthy food and if you look tired you are eating wrong food. That is simple. We all have to learn to listen and understand our body.

Yes, if you fill up your body with rich organic vegetarian food, you’ll be for most of your life happy and healthy. I can guarantee that.

Try by adding to your life a cold pressed juice every day. And then twice a day. 

Mix together for example:

  • Sweet potato
  • Carrot
  • Orange

Another option could be:

  • Strawberry
  • Beetroot
  • Lemon
  • Ginger


  • Cucumber
  • Pear
  • Lime
  • Kale

Also very tasty 😋

  • Green apple
  • Celery
  • Kiwi (skin on)
  • Ginger

Or in a blender

  • Avocado
  • Banana
  • Yellow grapes

Another option in a blender

  • Banana
  • Chia seed
  • Red apple (pink lady)
  • Ginger
  • Lemon juice

Or also

  • Sweet potato
  • Carrot
  • Blueberry
  • Banana

These are just few ideas to make you start and make you addicted to this wellness and healthiness.
