Raw Glutenfree and vegan energy snack (balls)

Hey my wonderful followers here it is another idea for a fast snack for your kids and relatives or something to offer to your customers and guests in your cafe.

If you have kids they will love to help you during the school holidays, and it’s good to have them helping you with the rolling part. 

It’s incredibly easy to make and you just need few ingredients to make 30-35 balls.

  • 1 cup pitted prunes
  • 1 cup pitted date
  • 1 cup dry apricot
  • 3/4 of a cup fine desicated coconut
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp linseed or flaxseed 
  • 1 orange zest.
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

A food processoris needed.

Just blend all the ingredients together until you reach a sticky dough texture.

It’s just fun and rolling.

 Weight every single ball into 40 gr and roll them in your hands. Once it’s  round pass it  into the fine desicated coconut.

Set in the fridge for 1 hour and enjoy your snack.

This product is rich in fibre, omega 3, protein and antioxidant. Make sure you always buy organic certified ingredients, (organic dried mixed fruit)they may not look nice, but they’ll be safer for you.
